• Pasting an Incorrect link for a submitted order

4. Refund Process

2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s).
3. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Once we evaluate your request we will process your refund within 24hours. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an order for a different order under a new catergory, pease follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Partial oders

If you receive a partial order  please contact our customer service team immediately.
